Chess in schools and universities 6

Several Baku general and private schools organise chess tournaments for their own pupils and for pupils of other schools. Kaspi International School in Xətai holds a tournament among private schools by year of birth and a primary-school event; Evrika BETL played the Evrika Kuboku 2026 together with the Nəsimi youth sports school; Panda School Xalqlar Dostluğu and the Bakı Modern Təhsil Kompleksi have their own events on the server.

Two universities keep student chess clubs. The Baku Higher Oil School describes a club with lessons and tournaments for students, and the Baku Engineering University in Xırdalan a club that represents it in inter-university competitions; neither page carries a date, and nothing from 2025 or 2026 confirms them, so both are shown as not confirmed. These entries are for pupils and students of each institution; a family looking for lessons will find open schools in the chess schools section.
